"3.11" Recent Circumstances: 2011/11/12

The Japanese Government announced the work policy about the standard of the radioactivity decontamination work in October.
The anti-radioactivity measure has somehow begun advance now. However, it takes long time for a solution of many problems related to radioactive contamination, and decontamination work to a enormously wide area. An area / a company / the individual contributes wisdom each other and must cooperate.

We have some bright topics at such a situation.
The other day, there opened a biggest playroom in Fukushima possess various exercise facilities for children. This free institution was hastily built which the big business cooperated with self-governing body for a large number of children who cannot play on outdoors because of uneasiness to radioactivity. A service of SL locomotive was started in Ishinomaki-shi where the railroads stopped. How great idea! I like to get on SL by all means. In the coastal area of Sanriku, seaweed / oysters culture and also the inshore fishing began to reopen duties little by little with the support from the various quarters. And one lucky fact was that the pollution damage to the rice crop was small.

But in one side, the fruit tree farmers got a big blow particularly. Actually, some farmhouses abandoned crop this season by the pollution and a large quantity of fruits was thrown away.. The fruit farmhouses in whole of the Tohoku area are concurrent getting more big damages by the rumors, so that they are really threatened.

As a matter of course problem is a big pile for the living of people. The refuge place of Tohoku-area was going to be closed overall by the end of October. But in Miyagi and Fukushima, it became expect that peoples not less than 500 continue staying in the refuge place until after November. In some Gulf region, the villages same as isolation are scattering still now in the debris isn't removed either. Also many people have future's uneasiness, and are suffering with strong sense of isolation by having lost a family. We have not yet the clue of how should face them.

The large-scale natural disaster is taking place now world everywhere, Thai Deluge, big earthquake of Turkey. We cannot be pessimistic only in a problem before merely eyes. Because there is too much what we should do, and the way to reconstruction started just now.
